Instructions for Use

BASIC

Hold the handles with both hands and firmly place one foot onto each footrest. Move the handle rods backwards and forwards. Keep your knees slightly bent. By applying slight force to your arms, you can achieve an even rhythm of movement between your upper body and legs. Continue in a forward movement at a steady pace.

INTERMEDIATE

Performance can be enhanced by increasing the speed and duration of the exercise.

ADVANCED

Carry out the exercise using one hand only and change hands every 30 seconds.
