What does inclusion mean?
In the field of sport inclusion means that people with different abilities and limitations can participate in sports activities individually or together with other persons. Barriers need to be broken down to give everyone the same opportunity to develop and live out their sporting interests and abilities.
playfit® Inclusion Bars
This piece of equipment creates an open and inclusive fitness opportunity. Everyone is more than welcome to use it.
It is intended to appeal to lots of user groups so that they can exercise and spend time together.
Main functions
The focus of this type of training is – STRENGTH – BODY TENSION – MOVEMENT.
Arm and shoulder muscles are exercised and, depending on the variant being carried out, abdominal and leg muscles as well. Stretching promotes the mobility of the whole body!
Instructions for use
BASIC
5 – 10 repetitions
The bars can also be used for various stretching exercises.
Move about half-way along the parallel bars and lift-yourself up using one hand on each of the bars until you can support yourself with outstretched arms. Hold this position for a few seconds and stabilize your body.
INTERMEDIATE
5 – 10 repetitions
Get into the support position and alternately bend and stretch your arms. Keep your upper body straight. Do not bend your elbows more than 90°.
VARIANT
Grasp the bars and pull your left and right knee upwards alternately. Alternatively, pull both knees all the way up at the same time and lower them again. Repeat this several times.
ADVANCED
10 – 15 repetitions
The duration of the exercise can be increased for improving performance.
VARIANT
Take the support grip. Raise your straight legs forwards at a right angle and hold.
