INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE playfit® LIFT-UP PRESS-UP TRAINER
Lift-Up
Choose a start position along the handrails, grasp them firmly, keeping your body stretched-out. Now slowly pull your body upwards and then lower it again.
As the exercise is easier to do at the top of the handrails and more difficult towards the bottom, the lower the hanging position, the greater will be the effortrequired to do the pull-up.
Press-Up
Choose a start position along the handrails, grasp them firmly, keeping your body stretched-out and start doing push-ups, keeping your body straight. If you find this too difficult, bend your knees slightly. Choose a start position (easier towards the top end of the handrails, more difficult towards the bottom) where physical exertion is needed. The lower the support position, the greater the effort required.
