MAIN FUNCTIONS
Strengthens muscles of back, shoulders and arms.
Improves muscle tone and flexibility.
Aids mobility and co-ordination.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Position yourself between the two rotating wheels and hold onto the round handles on the wheels with each hand.
First turn the wheels forward half a rotation and then turn in the other direction as far as you can without overstretching.
If you feel comfortable practice a whole rotation.
Next turn the wheels in opposite directions for half a rotation and then turn in the other direction as far as you can without overstretching.
If you feel comfortable practice a whole rotation.
