INSTUCTION FOR USE
Before starting the exercise, turn the seat plate so that the mark on the plate points exactly in the direction of the support tube. Sit on the swivelling seat section. Hold on to the handle with both hands and place both feet on the footrest. Turn the seat section to the left and right from the hips.
Western approach
The spiral rotation of the body not only promotes mobility of the spine, but also loosens, stretches and strengthens the muscles of the back, hips and buttocks.
Far Eastern approach
The gentle rotations mobilise the spine and release blockages. The rotational movement of the torso stretches the liver/gall bladder and lung meridians in particular. Energy distribution in the body and vital functions are stimulated. The massage of the lungs stimulates oxygen exchange and thus brain activity at the same time.
