INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Sit on the seat and hold onto the handles of the equipment. Move your arms slowly and steadily towards your upper body before bringing them back down again. Take care to make the fullest possible motions by extending your arms as you bring them back down. Carry out the exercise at a steady pace and avoid overexertion. For a more challenging workout, increase the number of repetitions with each regular training session.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
Trains the arm, shoulder and back muscles. Improves strength and agility.
