Instructions for use
Place your wheelchair under the handlebars of the pull-along wheelchair trainer with your back to the device. Grip the handlebars with both hands.

Move your arms slowly and purposefully towards your upper body and back again. Stretch your arms as you return to achieve a full range of motion.
Perform the exercise slowly at the beginning in a steady rhythm. Avoid overexertion.
You can increase the strength required by increasing the number of repetitions and slightly increasing the speed of the movement.
