INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE PLAYFIT® LEG PRESS
Sit on the seat and place your feet centred and hip-width apart against the footrest. Use the strength in your legs to push forwards against the footrest, without fully extending your legs.
Hold the position briefly, then slowly and in a controlled manner return to the starting position.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
The leg press trains
- the leg, gluteal and abdominal muscles
- activates and strengthens the lower core muscles, increasing the stability of the entire body
- it also promotes strength and endurance
