This outstanding piece of sports equipment combines a squat exercise with a rowing movement. The playfit® Rider is very attractive and actually quite challenging, especially for people who do little sport. The exercise itself is similar to horse riding, – a pleasant outdoor endurance workout.

For whom is the playfit® Rider suitable?

The playfit® Rider allows easy and uncomplicated exercises, suitable for people who are reluctant to exercise as well as for more active users.


You exercise using your own body-weight which is easy on the joints regardless of your personal training level.

Which muscle groups are trained?

The playfit® Rider trains all of the following muscle groups:

  • arm muscles (biceps)
  • houlder and broad back muscles
  • abdominal muscles
  • thigh and buttock muscles

INDIVIDUAL TRAINING SCHEDULE

Instructions for use

Climb onto the seat and place your feet on the footrests. Now pull the handlebar towards you, stretching your legs at the same time. Then push the bar away again, bending your legs. Repeat several times,  slowly and evenly.

Variation

Pull the handle bar as far as possible towards your body until your abdominal muscles are tensed.

Tips

Decide the duration of the exercise yourself: A training session of 5 minutes is recommended for beginners. Speed and duration can be progressively increased to improve performance. Try to keep your abdominal muscles tensed.

The playfit® Rider is designed for a maximum user weight of 120 kg as established by various static and dynamic load tests carried out by TÜV as part of the testing and certification process.

Is the Rider suitable for warming up?

The playfit® Rider outdoor fitness machine is ideal for warming up for subsequent training sessions.
