Main Functions
Strengthens the arm, shoulder and abdominal muscles.
Increases strength, stamina and agility.
Instructions for Use
Sit on the seat and hold the handles. Position your feet on the pedals. Pull the handles towards your body, then push them away from the body again. Repeat this exercise multiple times.
Alternative: Hold the handles close to your body until you feel your abdominal muscles tensing.
