TRAINING EFFECT & TRAINING GOALS
The circular movement of the arms primarily trains the mobility of the shoulder girdle and the fine motor skills of the upper arms, forearms and hands.
The palms of the hands are massaged by the light pressure on the discs. The ability to vary the rotational movement in different directions promotes coordination and balance.
Alternative training effect and Far Eastern approach
The shoulder trainer combines acupressure and movement. The nubs on the rotating discs massage all the acupuncture points on the palms of the hands.
The round, circular movements of the arms and shoulders stimulate the lung and large intestine meridians in particular, but also the cardiovascular system and the triple warmer. Vitality and metabolism are increased, blockages are released, breathing becomes calmer and can unfold more freely. The flowing movement relaxes the mind and soul.

Instruction for use
Stand in front of the two massage discs with a slight lunge and slightly bent knees. Place one hand on the right disc and one on the left disc. Your elbows should be pointing downwards.
Rotate the discs with light pressure in the same or opposite direction. Let your body swing with the discs. Slide your hands over the nubs of the massage discs and let you feel the pleasant massage effect through the hand movements.
Increase your distance from the massage discs by taking small steps backwards. Now perform the circular movements as described above and feel the tension throughout your body.
Special exercises
Variation 1
“Circular movement – squat”
Turn both discs in a circle in the same direction. Slightly bend your knees when your hands turn downwards and straighten your body again when your hands turn upwards.
Variation 2
“Circular movement with one arm”
Stand sideways at right angles to a massage disc and turn the disc backwards in a circle with one hand. Change the direction and side of the movement.
Training duration
Exercise for as long as it feels good and is fun. We recommend a training duration of 5 – 10 minutes for a long-lasting feel-good effect.
FAQs
We recommend that you perform the exercises with slightly bent knees and relaxed shoulders.
Experience shows that this fitness device is also used in the rehabilitation sector to mobilise the shoulders. The gentle and regular training leads to an improvement in restricted ranges of motion in the shoulder area. The relaxation of the muscle groups in the arms and shoulders is accompanied by a reduction in shoulder pain.
You can adjust the level of difficulty of the training by selecting the exercise variant on the training device. There are no adjustable resistance levels, which are not recommended for unsupervised outdoor use.
